Lifa Hydmaster

The Lifa Hydmaster is designed for demanding cleaning applications. The Lifa Hydmaster's special feature is the propulsion power that rotates the cleaning brush, which is produced hydraulically along the control bar. The compressor provides an alternative to large, expensive, noisy and non-user friendly pneumatic cleaning machines. It operates on monophase voltage and is distinctly quieter than other pneumatic cleaning machines. The Lifa Hydmaster is tailored to ducts measuring from 200-1200mm and its rotating speed is steplessly adjustable in the range of 0-800 r/min.

The machine uses environmentally friendly, synthetic and biodegradable oil. The hydraulic tubes have a laminated, durable nylon fiber interior and are extremely hard wearing. The flexible fiber glass spring straightens out the warp in ducts and the Lifa Hydmaster can clean a total of 75 meters of duct when extended in both directions from one access hatch.

By equipping the Lifa Hydmaster with a video camera the effects and results of the cleaning can be inspected during cleaning time on a TV monitor. On the monitor it is also possible to view any potential obstacles, as well as the automation steering apparatus of the machine.

The Lifa Hydmaster's steplessly adjustable turning force, when set to maximum, is many times greater than that of other cleaning machines and the machine can rotate its oversized brush in narrow ducts. Thanks to its turning force, the Hydmaster is well adapted to a number of applications. The machine's herringbone gear makes it suitable for various kinds of removal work, so duct cleaning can thus be combined with asbestos spray cleaning or with removing glue from the surface of the duct.
